Cycle to London!

School council were set a challenge today by Miss Parsons. They worked together in a relay to make sure that someone was cycling throughout the whole day (don't worry, we let them stop for lunch). They were doing this to fundraise to cover travel costs for their recent trip to Parliament, as well as working towards a new outdoor reading area. They managed to cycle a very impressive 128.7 km which converts to 79.7 miles. Between them, they cycled well over half the way to London. What absolute superstars! Maybe next year, we'll skip the coach and cycle to Parliament instead
